Prescriptions can be filled at a nearby pharmacy or delivered to your place of stay. Please note that prescriptions for psychiatric medications are available from the second consultation onward. This booking option is for residents of Japan who wish to receive online psychiatric care without using Japanese health insurance. If this is your first online consultation, please book your appointment here. Psychiatric medications cannot be prescribed during the initial online consultation. Under regulations set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, prescriptions are available from the second consultation onward.
